QF05 TUF HP offers OE’s latest innovation in high power USB in its most compact form. Powered via QF30 PSU, USB outlets are separated from the AC/DC power supply, reducing its visible footprint while still providing class-leading USB charging performance.
With the QF05 TUF HP, you can enjoy universal 60W laptop charging through the Type C port and intelligent device recognition (IDR) on the Type A port.
This versatile module can be installed on its own, powered via the QF30 PSU, or it can be integrated into our range of QIKFIT units or even into entire DC systems as part of our ANIMATE battery solutions.
All units are manufactured using ISO9001 quality controlled components and practices and are 100% tested before dispatch.
How many insertions has the module been tested to withstand?
QF05 TUF-R®/HP has been tested to over 10,000 insertions.
Can I use QF05 TUF-R®/HP without a QF30 PSU?
The module requires an external power supply and is designed for use with QF30 PSU. However, you can also power QF05 TUF HP via QIKPAC Battery.
For a high power USB module with an integrated PSU see QF15 TUF HP.
What is the difference between QF TUF-R®/HP and QF15 TUF HP?
QF05 TUF-R®/HP provides 72W of power and requires a PSU in a smaller footprint. QF15 TUF HP provides 60W of power and does not require a PSU.
Is TUF suitable to install in public areas?
Yes, you can safely charge using TUF in public areas!
TUF is designed for device charging only. Data transfer is not possible as TUF has no external data connections or the ability to store malicious code.
